How we work
On-line surveys:
- We send out the questionnaires using an on line survey tool that has been set to your specificiations;
- We monitor and enhance response rates;
- We conduct interviews with any dissatisfied respondents;
- We gather, tabulate and analyse the data along with any interview comments.
For interview based research:
- We conduct the interviews;
- We analyze results of the interviews, and
- We transcribe any key verbatim comments.
We produce a report that includes:
- A full analysis including any pertinent tables, charts and verbatim comments;
- Benchmarking results against those of previous years if applicable; and
- An Appendix containing all data and verbatim comments received
