Client: Symphony Senior Living
Symphony Senior Living offers residential housing for seniors in five locations across Canada. Perception Insight conducted Symphony’s first ever Employment Engagement and Satisfaction Survey as well as a Customer Satisfaction Survey.
Perception Insight was chosen because of its ability to customize the surveys to ensure they were geared towards senior housing and retirement living. The response rates from team members who participated in the survey were very high, and they were appreciative for having been asked to engage in the process and to provide their opinions about their workplace.

The research enabled management teams to both develop sound strategic action plans and look at the whole portfolio of residences as well as each department within each property. As a result, communications across the company and at all levels have been opened up.
