TAG Holdings Inc., a real estate development, company was in the planning phases for the development of a condominium in a small Southern Ontario city. Perception Insight conducted a study of potential purchasers to assess purchase intent, suggest a price range, identify strengths, weaknesses, threats and opportunities and define preferred features and amenities.
Result:
The study revealed a more clearly defined vision for the development and identified key barriers that needed to be addressed to enhance the likelihood of success.
